Established in 2003, Recovery Control Systems (RCS) is a privately held debt-free company located in sunny Charleston County, South Carolina. Our staff is a family-focused team that plays as hard as we work. The innovative RCS approach is one that was formed after discovering a demand from small and medium sized businesses for the same cost saving tools that larger corporations enjoy. This demand began with a need for small-package (parcel) spend management services and soon grew into advanced parcel and LTL/freight carrier invoice auditing, rate negotiation, and multimode transportation management systems. Earning the trust of a handful of businesses in 2003, RCS has activated over 4000 accounts and now works with companies representing most U.S. industries.
RCS operates using a performance-based model with proprietary technology that was developed, built and is maintained in-house by a dedicated team.
